Revised Student Housing Lease

The Texas Apartment Association Board of Directors adopted the revised student housing lease. Brian Cweren played a key role in updating the lease and was acknowledged for his assistance. The lease will also be used by the National Apartment Association.

Texas Apartment Association Board Member Brian Cweren represented the Victoria Apartment Association in accepting the Community Service Star Award from TAA President Mark Hurley. The Victoria Apartment Association members teamed up with the local Fire Department to deliver Christmas food and gifts to families in need.
